Comfort and Hospitality in the Hot Springs Area
Tiffany’s Bed and Breakfast offers three beautiful guestroom accommodations for your lodging needs near Hot Springs, AR. All of our rooms are located on the second floor of our inn. Each is equipped with a fabulous bed, luxurious linens, extra blankets and pillows, iron and ironing board, cork screw and bottle opener, mini-fridge, bathrobes, hair dryer, and all the basic bath amenities. We have full internet capacity, WiFi, and a land-line phone, however, cell phone service is very limited. To encourage relaxation and quality time with your favorite person, there are no TVs in the guest rooms, but there is one in the shared living room. Of course, breakfast at Tiffany’s is complimentary each morning of your stay. A microwave is available downstairs in the kitchen for reheating leftovers. During your stay we want you to feel free to make yourselves at home. On the main level we have a living room that is available for your relaxation and comfort. Smart TV, DVD, piano, stereo, game table and board games are all provided. We also have an eclectic collection of books about the area that you are welcome to check out during your stay. History buffs will find a selection of books about the area; outdoor enthusiasts can peruse books on the National Park trails, Arkansas wildlife, and birds; and Bob’s gardening books can inspire anyone with a green thumb! Enjoy our full-length front porch, complete with chairs, wooden rocker, porch swing, game tables and bird feeders. This is a wonderful place to spend a rainy afternoon!
Guest rooms are limited to two adults per room. Children 10 years old and up are welcome with well-behaved parents in The Ouachita only (rollaways or cribs are not available). We do not permit smoking anywhere on the property. Innkeepers have 2 indoor cats and a dog. We ask that you do not bring your own, as ours are quite jealous and prefer that you give all your attention to them.
