Holiday Lights in Hot Springs Arkansas
Holiday Lights are back at Garvan Woodland Gardens, and 2025's version is the best yet! 20 acres of the Gardens come alive each night with over8 million lights incorporated into animation, topiaries, music, and family fun. Some of our favorite displays are the new under-the-sea aquarium, "ice dandelions" blowing in the wind, Rodrick the Sea Serpent, and the frog pond. "James the Train," a fully animated life-sized train engine is a traditional favorite.
The Garden of the Pine Wind is once again adorned in ethereal blue and white lights; the 50-foot tall Rose Tree comes alive with a 12-minute music and lights show; and watch as elves fill Santa's sleigh with gifts! The Chipmunk Cafe will even be open for food and beverages.
You can visit Garvan Gardens every night through New Year's Eve (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas days). Gates open at 4pm, and tickets should be purchased in advance. If they are not sold out, tickets will be sold at the gardens, but they do expect most nights to sell out quickly. If you're staying with us on a weekend, you can expect large crowds. Admission fees are $30 per adult if purchased onsite, but only $22 purchased online in advance. For those unable to walk long distances, golf cart rides are available for an additional $20 per person, first come first served.
Garvan Gardens isn't the only place to see holiday lights in Hot Springs. Historic Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs National Park has light displays in Arlington Park as well as Wheatley Plaza, and be sure to visit the Arlington Hotel's Gingerbread House. This 11-foot tall confectionery creation has adorned the hotel's lobby each holiday season for nearly 40 years!
