Spring is Blooming at Garvan Woodland Gardens

Is the winter cold and snow getting you down?  Are you beginning to doubt the Groundhog’s weather forecasting abilities?  Have no fear – a stroll through Garvan Woodland Gardens will assure you that spring is indeed on its way!

Hot Springs’ own botanical gardens sits on a peninsula with over 4 1/2 miles of shoreline on Lake Hamilton.  From February to mid-March, they celebrate “Daffodil Days” as these early bloomers promise that sunshine and warm weather can’t be far away!  March will usher in the “Tulip Extravaganza” as 125,000 tulips put on a show with supporting roles by hyacinths, azaleas and dogwood blossoms.

Does the thought of all these blooms make you want to stop hibernating and go visit the Gardens?  Tiffany’s Bed and Breakfast has the cure for your winter blues.  Book our “Unplug and Unwind” package and treat yourselves to two nights in the room of your choice, Breakfast at Tiffany’s each morning, a spa basket with locally made bath goodies, and two tickets to Garvan Woodland Gardens.  For those who prefer to stay “plugged in and wound up”, Garvan Gardens is open 9a.m. to 6p.m. daily and admission is $10 per person.
