Hot Springs is now home to Grindhouse, a gourmet burger bar! All burgers are a mix of Angus beef, brisket, chuck and rib eye, ground fresh in house. The buns are from a local bakery, and all their produce is purchased locally as well. Along with monster burgers, they are also known for their truffle fries – which we recommend you don’t miss! If you’re not a burger aficionado, there are other specialties on the menu, including vegetarian dishes,braised pork belly, and truffle bacon mac and cheese.
They profess to serve the “freshest, most sensational coffee in Hot Springs”. However, some of our Hot Springs, Arkansas bed and breakfast guests who have tasted Bob’s coffee may respectfully disagree. Grindhouse is located at the corner of Central Avenue and Bridge Street, home of the World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade. They are open Tuesday – Sunday 11am – close. After dinner, the large speakers come alive with music and the restaurant transforms into a lively bar. New restaurants are always a welcome sight in Hot Springs, and from the reviews, Grindhouse will be around for a while!
